PayoffSchedule.com builds free, accurate loan calculators that do one thing the big finance sites don't: let you download the schedule you just calculated to Excel, CSV or PDF in a single click. No templates to fill in, no sign-up, no re-typing your numbers.

Why this site exists

We kept running into the same gap. Plenty of sites will show you a mortgage or car-loan amortization table on screen, but the moment you want it in a spreadsheet — to plan extra payments, track deductible interest, or send it to a spouse or lender — you're handed a blank template and told to start over. So we built the calculator we wanted: one that models extra payments, lump sums and biweekly plans, shows exactly how much interest and time you save, and exports the finished result.

How we keep it accurate

Every calculator runs on the same amortization engine, which is covered by an automated test suite checking it against known loan figures (payment amounts, total interest, and a guaranteed exact zero final balance). Calculations happen entirely in your browser — nothing you enter is uploaded or stored.
